Campus Recruitment Drive – ICICI Bank Probationary Officer Program

All eligible and interested students are hereby informed that ICICI Bank is inviting applications for its Probationary Officer Program, designed for full-time undergraduate graduates in 2027.Upon successful completion of the program, selected candidates will be absorbed by ICICI Bank as Deputy Manager Grade-I – Relationship Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Full-time Graduate

Marks: Minimum 60% in Class 10th and Graduation

Age: Below 25 years as on the date of application

Experience: 0–2 years
Candidates must be willing to work in Relationship & Sales roles and be locationally mobile across India.

Program Structure & Remuneration

Residential Classroom Training: 2 months
Stipend during training: ₹18,000 per month
Post-training position: Deputy Manager Grade-I – Relationship Manager
CTC: ₹5.00–₹5.50 LPA

Online Aptitude Test – Verbal, Quantitative, Logical Ability and General Awareness
Questionnaire & Shortlisting
In-Person Interview

Pre-Placement Talk (PPT)
A Pre-Placement Talk will be conducted virtually on 14th September 2026.

The session will provide students with detailed information about the program, career opportunities, job profile and selection process.
